  • Jacadi UK Limited, a private limited company , registered in England and Wales with the company number 13817970, whose registered office is at 3a Tournament Court, Edgehill Drive, Warwick, England CV34 6LG (“Jacadi”).
  • We obtain information about you when you use our website, when you provide it to us or to its franchisees or, occasionally, from third parties.
  • Some of our outlets are operated by our franchisees who are independent businesses operating under licence from us. This policy applies not only to us, but also all of our franchisees in relation to your personal data held by us and our franchisees.
  • The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address and information regarding what web pages, if any, you access and other personal information.

    If you make a payment to us your payment details are not held by us but are collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of such transactions

    We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on its systems only for so long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract with you.
  • Subject to your prior agreement, we may transmit your personal data for the purposes set out in the list at clause 5 above to the brands belonging to the IDKIDS Community Group: Okaidi, Oxybul Eveil & Jeux, Idkids, N’Joy, Rigolo Comme La Vie and Bubblemag.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

    To facilitate the processing of your request, it is advisable to indicate your surname, first name and your email address. In addition, we may, if we deem necessary, verify the identity of the customer, by any valid identity document.

    We undertake to send you a response within a maximum of one (1) month from the date of exercise of your right. Failing this, you can refer the matter to the competent authorities.

    Finally, and to facilitate access to your rights, each newsletter sent by us offers you an unsubscribe link, allowing you in one click to easily unsubscribe from the newsletters and news of our brand, and/or our partner brands, if applicable. You can also manage your prospecting preferences directly from your web account.
  • We and our franchisees’ websites may contain links to other websites which we do not own but this privacy policy only applies to its website and its franchisees’ websites. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites whether or not you access them using links from its or its franchisees’ websites.
