Browse our collections online and select the items you would like to reserve by clicking on the "Reserve in store" button on the product page.

Choose your preferred store

Select the closest Jacadi boutique you would like to purchase your item(s) from.

Confirm your reservation

A reservation request will be sent to the store you selected and you will receive an e-mail or a text message within 4 business-hours confirming the reservation of your item(s). Once your reservation has been confirmed, your items will be reserved for 48 business-hours*.

Purchase your items

If you wish to purchase the item, you will have to come in person to the store to pay and collect your items;
