We hope you love what you ordered on Jacadi.co.uk but we know it might not always be the case. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
RETURN ITEMS IN OUR STORES1. You can return the items in our Kings Road or Marylebone stores. It is the fastest and most eco-friendly way.
2. Make sure the items you are returning are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box.
3. Provide your electronic invoice (found in your account) and the return slip. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for it to reflect on your statement. The process for an exchange is the same. The sales assistant will check the item and then give you a refund. You will then be able to buy the desired item in store. We cannot proceed to exchanges or returns
by mail to our London stores. If you want to return by mail please read the following paragraph.

2. Complete your Jacadi return packing slip indicating
your name and order number (if you do not provide this information we will not be able to proceed with the return). Please also indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for returning them. Once completed, include the return slip with the items you are returning.

Upon receiving your package, all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process. Once approved, we will refund you for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed and your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order.
If you do not provide your name and order number we will not be able to refund you. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for it to reflect on your statement.
RETURN OF ORDERS DELIVERED INSTORE If, despite all our efforts, you are not satisfied with your order when you come pick it up, you can get a refund or an exchange in store. If you don’t pick it up within 15 days, the store will contact you to see if you want a refund.
