With the help of a manual or digital machine, the pieces of leather or textile are cut, optimising the space.

The stitching
The stitcher positions the different details of the shoe, assembles them and also performs the decorative stitches.

The assembly
The fitter places the upper of the shoe on a shape and secures the insole before gluing the outersole.

The pampering
The pampering ensures the final finishes: it removes imperfections, puts the laces and shines the shoe.
High standards
From the choice of leather to the packaging of the shoes, wrapped in tissue paper, a quality control is carried out at each step. Non conforming materials or models are discarded.
The final touch
Cleaning, waxing, frosting ... all finishes are refined. The finishing stage is the stage of the small details that are so important.
