The Jacadi brand resumed direct operations in the United Kingdom from 1 September 2018. Naturally, we hope to continue the relationship of trust that we have built up with you since 2013. This is why we would like to inform you that you will no longer be able to access your account as of this date. The website on which you placed your orders until 31 August 2018 was in fact administered by our former partner.

You can now create a new account on the website jacadi.co.uk to place orders, create Favourites, receive our newsletters, be informed of new products and news about Jacadi. Regarding the management of your past orders:

If you ordered before 31 August 2018

They are provided by our former British partner French Children Wear.

It is the returns policy of our partner that applies to those orders. Here's a reminder of its content:

Returns to the online warehouse are free, please email info@frenchwear.com for a prepaid return label.
Returns are free. Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. If the item(s) is not returned in this condition a refund may be denied.

• Products that are personalised, made to measure or custom made are non-refundable.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
• Perfumes, socks, tights, hair clips, hair ties, swimwear and underwear could only be refunded if all packaging is intact. Hygiene strips for swimwear and underwear should not be removed from the item.

If you receive delivery of an item that is not the item, size or colour you ordered, the order is otherwise defective, you may return the merchandise, in new condition, within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund including all shipping costs. If the defect is a manufacturer's fault, you have 14 days to return the item.
Refunds will only be processed at our refund centre jacadi.co.uk and not in one of our UK Boutiques.
Credit/Debit card refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account once the refund has been issued.
Sale Merchandise/ Final Markdown: You have 14 days to return the item(s) from the date of receiving your item(s) for a full refund.
Orders that are cancelled before they are dispatched are entitled to a full refund including all shipping costs, once dispatched you have the right to return your items for a full refund minus originally shipping cost.

If you ordered on or after 20 September 2018

An email from Jacadi will be sent to you at each stage of your order:
• An order confirmation email
• A shipping confirmation email that will contain your Colissimo or UPS tracking number
• An email confirming availability of your parcel

The management of returns is provided by Jacadi, according to our own returns policy.
